WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

 

We aim to send all orders out within 2 days, to arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive shipping updates from our courier partner, UPS, once your item has been dispatched.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

 

If we receive an email requesting order cancellation, to info@tabledutemps.com, before your package has been dispatched, then it is likely we can arrange a full refund. However, please take note of the typical shipping timeline above.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

 

As the conditions and measurements of our items are clearly listed on the product descriptions, we do not accept returns.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

 

Currently we offer delivery within the UK only.

IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO FRIENDLY? 

 

Everything in your order has been recycled, or is fully recyclable (with the exception of our shredded void filler). We use kraft bubble wrap, kraft tape and cardboard boxes. We encourage you to reuse your packaging!
