TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods from TABLE | du | TEMPS - email@example.com (the Supplier or us or we); to the Customer or you.
These are the terms by which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession;
Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Goods;
Delivery Location means the customer's address or other location where the Goods are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
Goods means the goods advertised on the Website that we supply to you in the number and description as set out in the Order;
Order means the Customer's order for the Goods from TABLE | du | TEMPS as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;
Website means our website www.tabledutemps.com on which the Goods are advertised.
Any product descriptions listed are for illustrative purposes only, so there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied.
Condition and Quality - Antique Products
Antique Goods sold by TDT are mostly one off, individual items / sets. As these items are pre-owned, it is possible that these products may show slight traces of wear or slight physical defects due to their previous lives (e.g. loss of paint, small chips etc. TDT will ensure that the Goods are sent in good condition, with every item cleaned and polished before being sent to the recipient.
Artisanal / Bespoke Products
In the case of handmade / bespoke Goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information provided for personal customisation is accurate.
Depending on availability, items can be rented from TDT in limited quantity. A deposit is required to book the rental, in addition to the rental fee of each product. Rented Goods will be suspended from purchase during the rental period. Any items rented must be washed by hand before being returned.
3. BASIS OF SALE
By placing an Order you agree to us contacting you via email to confirm the Order within a reasonable time. You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately in the event of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by the Customer. Once your payment has been processed, the dispatch of your goods will be confirmed by email. Your order will be delivered to your provided shipping address by UPS parcel delivery.
No variation of the Contract, whether about description of the Goods, Fees or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into unless the variation is agreed by the Customer and the Supplier in writing.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices and charges include any applicable VAT at the time of the Order, and exclude delivery costs which will be charged in addition to the price of the final order.
All payments must be made in GBP via Card, when your order is placed.
TDT reserves the right to change the price of goods at any time.
TDT delivers within the UK only. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer (details will be reaffirmed via email on the customer order confirmation). Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, then UPS will send you an expected delivery window on the day of delivery. Please note that these timings are provided as a rough guide only and are not contractual - the timeline may vary due to issues outside of our control. If there is an unexpected delay to your delivery, please contact UPS directly.
6. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer should check their order. In the unlikely case of anomalies, they will need to be reported via email - firstname.lastname@example.org - within 24 hours after receipt of the package.
7. CANCELLATION / RETURNS
As conditions and measurements of our items are clearly listed on the product description, we do not accept returns.
Right to Cancel
We begin processing your order straight after purchase, so cancellations are only accepted in exceptional circumstances. If your order has not been dispatched, then we might be able to offer a full refund. Please email email@example.com with full information for our consideration.
If we agree to reimburse your order, please expect it via the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees, as a result of the reimbursement.
8. PRIVACY + GDPR
We may contact you by e-mail / pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, with regard to your personal information.
